2. INDUSTRIAL CLEANING SERVICE
INDUSTRIAL CLEANING SERVICE IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS
1.Receive Client’s requirements:
Your esteemed clients can give your service demands (through telephone, email or direct request) we shall receive and process them in a timely manner.
2. Survey:
In order to supply the best quality service, we shall do a survey on the total work volume, residents timetable, working time of Clients. This is the first step and the basis for us to get to know the actual requirements and give working process as well as quotation.
3. Step of working plan set-up, quotation, contract negotiation and contract signing:
-Base on the survey results, we shall send the client the working process including of following contents: service, service team, service plan and quotation.
-During this process, the adjustments, negotiation shall be made in good faith until the agreement on service option, quotation and contract terms and conditions is reached.
4. Service implementation as signed contract:
- Service supply in compliant with commitment and signed contract.
- Service team includes trained and experienced staffs, with professional working manner and suitable with Client’s requirements.
- We are proud that the services we supply have been satisfied our esteemed clients.
5. Service implementation report to Clients:
- During service implementation, we shall regularly contact, discussed with clients and have our technical inspections to the service site, receive client’s feedback to timely solve any emerged problems.
- After the service is completed (monthly for regular clients), we shall have “Monthly Service Report” sent to client for reference and confirmed.
6. Payment process:
- In the end of serviced month or after service completion, we shall send clients the Receipt and Request for payment for the actual performed service based on the signed contract price.
- Payment duration: 05 days since the receipt of request for payment and/or invoice by the Client. Other cases need negotiation and agreements of both sides.
7. Relevant documents archive:
- After the completion of the service, all the relevant documents shall be properly collected, classified and archived.
- The above stated documents shall be treated as confidential documents and shall not be disposed to any third parties without client’s consent.
