1. FORMOSA CANTEEN PROJECT- HA TINH PROVINCE (On-going)

- Total investment : vnd 10 billion  
- Total area: 2,000 m2
- Serving capacity: 1,000person/ 1 shift
- Service team: 80 people
- Service: supply catering service for office staffs and workers of Contractors. Develop and manage a Beer Club for welcoming guests and for refreshment activities of Formosa officials, staffs and workers. 


 
Truc Vien Canteen and Beer Club is founded with the aim of developing the highest quality service area within the Formosa Industrial Zone, bringing the healthy diversity to the entertainment and refreshing area for specialists and staffs working in the Industrial Zone.

2. ETC TECHNOLOGY SYSTEM JSC CANTEEN - HANOI

- Scope of service: supply 350 - 400 serve/ day
- Service team: 15 people
- Project site: Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi.
- Products and Services: supply industrial catering services, canteen management service. 
 
 
3. THE PROJECT OF VINH TAN 1 POWER COMPANY LIMITED – BINH THUAN

- Scope of service: phase 1: 300 serve/day, phase 2: more than 450 serve/day
- Site: Vinh Tan 1 Power Company Limited mess hall, Vinh Tan commune, Tuy Phong district, Binh Thuan province 
- Products and Services: supply professional industrial catering services, canteen management service.
 
  


4. THE PROJECT OF CHINA ELECTRIC POWER VINH TAN OPERATING CO.LTD.

- Scope of service: phase 1: 400 serve/day, phase 2: more than 600 serve/day
- Site: Staff canteen of China Electric Power Vinh Tan Operating Company Limited, Vinh Tan commune, Tuy Phong district, Binh Thuan province 
- Products and Services: supply professional industrial catering services, canteen management service.

 



CANTEEN MANAGEMENT METHOD

According to the existing conditions of each canteen, the service location as well as the requirements of Clients (quantities of serve, value of each serve, method of serving, etc.) VID shall have the most suitable applicable management method which ensure the optimal benefit of Clients. Basically, the management of a canteen shall include the following management works:

- Personnel management: From the prepration phase, the frame of human personnel shall be set up and trained in compliant with Client’s requirements as well as our strict standards to ensure they can perform the optimal service. In the operation phase, these service team shall be regularly inspected, checked, and further trained for upgrading qualifications. 

- Production process management: After set-up, agreed, checked, the production process shall be operated and observed closely from the very first steps (importing, stocking, quality checking) until the production step (preliminary process, process, products, distribution) and to the serve step.

- Food hygiene safety management: including management of raw materials sources, sources of food imports, management of tools, utentils, and equipment; management of the compliance with regulations on food hygiene safety in production progress. 

- Equipment, tools and infrastructure management: ensure that all the infrastructure and equipment, tools are in good conditions, meet the demand of usage, service, which can ensure the good quality service and bring economical benefit to Client. 

- The cooperation management system shall be set up and the machenism of checking and inspecting shall also be agreed. There will be also methods to get feedback from the end users of the service to receive the objective comments for better services and rational adjustment or modification.
